Love to ride my Harley Screaming Eagle Road Glide also put on Poker Runs for Human Society breast cancer and Toys for Tots,and many others fund raisers,So I, to keep my self in shape, were I went on a strict diet and now call it a change in the way I eat and work out no less than 4days a week lost sixty pounds in 6months time period, at my age I call it, staying young and fit, so hope not to be seeing Doctors ,anytime soon.When I retired I made a promise to myself that no matter what I do the rest of my life I,m on vacation.So thats my story and I,m sticking to it.
