Why am I doing this? Because something deep down refuses to let go of the belief that somewhere, there is a woman, who needs a deep, moving love as much as I do.
I know that there is not just "one" person who is compatible with us. I think it is more along the lines of just being comfortable together... Being able to find someone who is willing to work together to keep your relationship, your love, your commitment alive. Willing to work through the good and the not-so good.
Let's see, who am I??? Well, actually I'm a spiritual being, just like you, temporarily here to learn more about qualities like loving, kindness, respect, humility, wisdom, and to learn how to use them in a relationship based on compassion, compromise, and communication. Sound like bullsh*t? Well, it's really amazing when you open your mind and heart, and realize it's true, and see who you really are, and see what's really important in this experience we call life. I'm not perfect, as all humans fall short, but I strive to learn every day. I try to do at least one good deed daily, to help someone who needs it, to see the humor in most situations, to take life's lessons in stride, and learn from them, and try not to repeat the mistakes too many times. I try to teach my kids with my experiences, to guide and help them along their journey. I believe a true measure would be what others have to say about you, and my friends would tell you if you needed someone to count on, or you needed something fixed, or you needed to be rescued, I was the one you wanted. My kids would tell you how much they loved me, and how much I loved them. My ex's would say... Hmmm... That is the true measure, huh? the first would say I had my head up my *ss, and I was too young and didn't know sh*t from shinola. The second would say she needed to learn too much, and only the hard way would do, and it destroyed the feelings in the process. And all the others in-between? Alot of hard lessons I needed to learn I'm sure all would have said I have a good heart, and work hard at doing the right thing, and yes, the emotions run deep. I'm sure they wouldn't mind talking with you, if you wanted it straight from them... I'm confident enough to let you... Now isn't that the true measure??
Now who am I looking for? Well, really someone who is open-minded about religion, is healthy, both mentally and physically, likes to be active and outside, bla, bla, bla... You know, I read all these profiles, about what you ladies want, and it seems like we're all searching for the perfect person, well, that person doesn't exist... So, I'm just searching for someone real, who likes to be normal, laid back, comfortable with life, the ups and downs...And of course that elusive, so important ingredient, mutual attraction...
