Okay, I'm going to give this another try…so let's see what happens. SWM, 40, 6' 235 lbs. never married, no kids, educated, blonde, blue eyes, smoker (but trying to quit), light drinker and self employed. I'm an eternal optimist and love new challenges, travel, extremely open-minded, and enjoy new things. I like to think that I have a great (but sick & twisted, NOT politically correct) sense of humor, very outspoken but also a great listener, and strongly independent. Been single for far too long and looking for a serious long-term relationship…and would like kids someday. My interests include photography, motorcycling, martial-arts (budo-taijutsu, kenjutsu), shooting, cooking, good beer & wine, pubs (not bars), paintball, gardening, animals, reading, writing, music (except {c}rap & country), and a lot more…
I'm looking for a woman 30-40, who is educated, articulate, loyal, open-minded, great sense of humor, independent, not afraid to speak her mind, wants kids, employed, and loves to try new things and travel. I've always been attracted to the tom-boy type who feels more comfortable in jeans and a tee-shirt than an evening gown, enjoys things like fishing, camping, getting dirty, and not afraid to play paintball even if it hurts a little.
What I'm NOT looking for, self-obsessed, narcissistic, shallow, superficial, greedy, materialistic, alcoholic, religious zealot, xenophobic, apathetic, unmotivated, unemployed, and unable to debate intelligently or think for themselves.
Yeah, I know this may sound like I'm being picky, but I'm tired of wasting my time with the wrong people. I have a lot to offer the right woman, and want a serious relationship, or rather a long term friendship and partnership.
However there is one catch, my job. I work as a motorcycle tour guide for 7 months of the year, which means I'm gone for weeks at a time. If you're independent enough to deal with my being gone for a few weeks at a time, then we need to meet. Yes, I am a biker, but I'm more of a tour guide than your typical biker stereotype. I love riding motorcycles so I made a career out of it, but I also love sharing my country and it's people with others. If things go well I would love to have a traveling companion and co-tour guide, someone who I could share the country, and possibly the world with. I live a very frugal lifestyle, and make the most out of what little I have, but I'm willing to share it with someone special.
