A little about me…I am a mom of 3 amazing kids who are still at home and the center of my world. They amaze and astonish me every day with all they are, and all they accomplish. My kids are pretty active and I make every effort to be a big part of everything they do, but I have also learned to enjoy and make the most out of the times they are with their dad. Finding someone to explore all this city has to offer and enjoy companionship again would be a blessing!
I spend my days teaching children at Head Start where I am able to combine my love for working with kids, and my belief in empowering and encouraging parents to be involved in their children’s lives and education. A few evenings a week I also teach dance (ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop) to kids not because I need to, but because I love to. I am currently a member of a small local performing contemporary/hip hop dance company so dance is a big part of what keeps me active and in pretty decent shape.
My friends recently described me in a social media poll as being kind, caring, loving, funny, smart, educated, honest, loyal, talented, and having a really nice back side (their words I swear!!!!). I like to think I am an educated, intelligent, smart, helpful, focused and all together pretty awesome gal!
I’m looking for someone who has their own life and interests and understands I have mine, is willing to explore some of my interests and share theirs while we also create our own interests and life together. I believe it takes a beginning attraction and common interests, then the time and willingness to explore what it could potentially become. I am an open and honest person and I have worked very hard to be a good communicator, but it’s always a work in progress. I am happy with who I am and what I have accomplished in my education, career, and as a mom but would love to find someone to share my day with and make new memories together.
