Started jumping rope, and man, is that a challenge. :) Go boating and sail on my friend's 47 ' sailboat docked down by Navy Pier in Chicago. The party can get a little wild on the sailboat on Lake Michigan. So there! lol Try to eat right most of the time, and even take my vitamins. Yea! :) I work for the FAA (Federal Aviation Admin.)
