Something about myself..I hate this part.
I strive to be the type of woman that, when I wake up in the morning, the devil cringes and says "Oh dang! She's up!!" :)
Other than that, I'm fairly easy going and easy to get along with, honesty, loyalty, and a good sense of humor are things that are important to me. The most important things in my life right now are my home and my dogs...I have 5 of them,all rescues, and I do not tolerate animal abuse.
I'm a retired AR/AP supervisor in CA turned A/R-A/P clerk back in Rochester, turned big rig driver....hey....we all have dreams lol....I just decided to follow mine and it was the best thing I EVER did for myself. When you're a female in a male *****ated profession, you have to prove yourself, and when you have to deal with all kinds of men coming on to you every day when the only thing you ever had to deal with was if column A plus column B equaled column C....you have to know I felt like a Christian being thrown to the lions!! Needless to say, I had to change my persona overnight or get eaten alive out there and taken for everything I was worth. Scary? Uhhh...yea. But what it did for me in the long run was better than any education I could have received in a university. It forced me to stand up for myself, to help my neighbor when they were in need, to laugh at myself, to work harder than I ever worked in my life,to be happier than I ever had been, to try things I never thought I could do, just to see if I could....It gave me more confidence than I ever had in my entire life, and changed how I looked at everything and dealt with everything. At this point in my life, it is the greatest tool I could have received to help me deal with the rest of my life.
