I Would Describe Myself As
First thing: I don’t like talking about myself lol.
I like to think I have a good sense of humor but, serious when necessary. Some say I’m quiet I say reserved until I’m comfortable in new settings. I think nature is beautiful and enjoy the ocean and mountains. You’re more likely to find me outside in the warmer months doing walks, gardening or just hanging out in the yard watching birds come to a feeder. I like to see the snow through the window. I like crafting, cooking although I’m happy being the sous chef if someone else wants to be the chef and, reading etc. I was married to an introvert for 23 years before he passed a few years ago and my mind reading skills are rusty so you must be a good communicator. I’m not as patient as I once was so if it sounds illogical I’m going to call it like I see it lol. Seriously, I have been catfished, dealt with shallow people and I just want someone who isn’t afraid to be honest and genuine. If you say you’re going to do something, follow through. I grew up in a large Catholic family with rigid rules and they weren’t afraid to punish you when things went awry. For the longest time I thought my father had an arm extender because he could reach you before you could run. Integrity, honor and duty are important to me so there are no gray areas. I joined the NH National Guard after graduating high school and was the first woman in the State to do so and I will toot my horn for that one. 🙂
I’m just trying to be the best version of myself but, life’s struggles can get me down at times. I’ve been through a lot, more than most I think. Let’s start out as friends and see where it goes.
