I Would Describe Myself As

At ease in any situation - tux to tie dye, I enjoy any kind of dancing, especially ballroom, and go a couple of times a week at least- nice places, not bars, though bars can be fun too sometimes.
I like cooking, banter, the arts, reading, history.
Intelligent and educated, I follow politics and pop culture for fun, but don't get torqued out of shape over any of it. I don't sweat the small stuff.
I enjoy my work and plan to keep doing it as long as I can, but I keep a fairly flexible schedule and try to keep it in balance with the other important things in life.
Salt & pepper hair. I'm a big guy with a Mediterranean look - big neck - kind of like an Italian bodyguard, but I'm really a cuddly teddy bear. Somehow the pictures on this site make my beard look wild and wiry. It's not, it's soft and smooth and well trimmed and adorable.
I play blues, rock & slide guitar for fun. Every now and then get with some old buddies for a jam session - kind of like the guys in the Blue Cross and Viagra commercials.
I do enjoy the occasional social drink or two, but often go for months at a time without touching it.
I have traveled the world, and am not that big on it any more, but do love the Yucatan - for the beaches, the snorkling and the pyramids. I've been to Chitchen Itza dozens of times - cruising or flying - either way is nice.
So much of life is in how you look at it - I try to keep it happy and optimistic.
