To enjoy the second half more than the first. To seek out experiences that provide me with pleasure and happiness. Two of my three boys are now graduated and moving out. After getting through the horrible last year of covid and masks and lock downs, it's made me realize that life can be short. Remember that electric first kiss with someone new in your life? The heart pumping, the electricity surging through you...I want as many experiences, during my final years, that give me that feeling. Whatever those experiences end up being. But it's time to go to sleep every night thinking that I did SOMETHING to further that goal.
