I Would Describe Myself As

I love to ride, but currently, I'm without a bike, or someone with which to ride! I started riding when I was 13, on a Yamaha Trail 80! Next, I rode a Honda S90 street bike for quite a while! Then, I graduated to something a little larger! A Triumph, Trophy 500 Scrambler, with a right handed shift lever! That was fun getting used to! Next, I moved to a Triumph 750 Bonneville, having to switch back to a left handed shift! I loved the low end torque of both Triumphs, and they handled really well! My last two bikes were 4 cylinder, Honda CB 650s. They were great handling bikes, that I really enjoyed taking into a corner! I used to wear out the outside tread of the tires before center tread! They were really fast bikes! I had a good friend, that owned a Kawasaki, KZ 1000 that just couldn't keep up with me, especially in the corners, I'd be scraping the folding foot pegs, because my Honda's had lots of side clearance I loved the first one so much, that when I retired it, I looked for another one with low mileage! Well, I sold my Honda's, thinking that I would save up for another bike. But, life got in the way with other responsibilities, like buying a house, and providing for a family! Now, I'm divorced, and starting life all over again at 62! I feel that I need the enjoyment of riding back into my life! Hopefully, I might find a young, or at least a young minded lady, that might wish to share the joy of cruising on a bike with me!
