I'm 53. Born and raised in a small town. I'm a caregiver for my daughter and mother. Even though my time is taken most of the time , I do find time for me. Can't just get up and go but I always will find a way, just need to plan ahead.
I'm into fitness and hit the gym 3x a week. I'm not perfect. Haven't reached my goals but I keep working at it.
